• Developed and managed a 28 member high performance accounting and finance team in 3 states to strengthen controls and derive disciplined growth through forecasting and cost analysis. • Worked closely with the CFO to achieve a $250M revolver funding. • Effectively managed covenants and investment options to reduce interest expense by double digit basis point. • Reduced monthly closing of financial results from 10 to 4 business days. • Produced timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. • Improved working capital metrics by 5 days by managing inventory levels and negotiating extended terms with vendors. • Assisted in launching SAP design and implementation. Automated the EFT function, reduced headcount cost and created efficiencies while increasing productivity. • Was a member of the Capital Committee responsible for ensuring projects were approved and met capitalization criteria.
