One of five QA Leads organizing, guiding, and leading all testing activities for cutovers from old NW Airlines Systems to Delta’s inventory tool of choice SAP; • Worked with business SME’s verifying test cases were correct, accurate and included proper coverage in Quality Center; co-authored Master Test Plan, lead 15 avionics engineers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
