Daily Duties at Granite Services International :

• Worked at various sites in either the Gas/Steam Turbine or the Nuclear Sector as requested in the U.S. and abroad. • Project’s worked ranged between 600K to 12M in Sales. Billed customers that I tracked on behalf of General Electric. • Worked with SAP and Oracle for auditing craft labor, engineering time and expenses and external vendor billing. • Billing out was based on the contract signed by the customer with General Electric and generated at site by me, then audited for accuracy at corporate level Finance. I had 0.00 dollars in unpaid billing by customer to General Electric for work done at TVA Browns Ferry Nuclear Site. • Responsible for the organization and storage of all incoming and outgoing project documentation, using in house document management system with Excel Macro program CDS/CDSi used by Granite for time and billing tracking. • Tracked extra work based on contract in addition to contracted regular outage scope. • Generate and issue Project document status reports on a regular and timely basis. • Monitor status of project documentation on an ongoing basis and work with Project Team and internal departments to expedite overdue actions. • Maintained Project Master Document Lists in accordance with, Company Documentation System requirements and Project requirements. • Generated Project document status report and issue to internal & external customers. • Ensured Project documentation control met with Project specific requirements in addition to all applicable GE internal policies and procedures. • Provided support to other Projects during periods of increased activity or staff absence remotely. • Responsible for other documentation tasks and administrative activities as required by Project or, as directed by Project Manager. • Worked as the Project Scheduler for E-On Electric in Malmo, Sweden for 6 months on Turbine Outage and Generator replacement.
