Provided onsite support and training for medical personnel, specializing in the Emergency Room and Shock Trauma personnel. Facilitated monthly Cerner PowerUsers group for medical personnel and created relevant online presentations including a Train the Trainer program. Utilized creative talents whenever possible to provide out of box approach and enhancement of training.
