Daily Duties at Habitat For Humanity, International :
Recruited to come in-house after completing 4 consulting projects under AGSI. Responsibilities included the management of all enterprise wide technology projects with a fixed budget of $4 Million for Strategic projects, and allocation of funding for additional projects during the year. Working closely with Senior Management, collaborated and defined Organizational Governance structure for defining, prioritizing and funding projects. Hired and coached Project Managers to achieve standardized processes for implementing projects using Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies.
