Managed and facilitated project team of nine members working on compiling customer satisfaction surveys for the automotive industry. Responsible for writing monthly project reports, writing questionnaires, coordinating activities from various departments like mailing, telephone, tabulation, and reporting. Also did hiring, training, and evaluating a team of 15-25 telephone interviewers while coordinating telephone projects.
