Daily Duties at Terminix Commercial:

As a service supervisor, I was responsible for servicing about 288 customers per month, as well as helping my fellow peers with any issues or concerns they may have encountered. I was also the lead Bed Bug specialist for the branch. I serviced and managed all of our major Hotels and Premier accounts. Later I became the Branch Service Manager which required me to manage 16 of my peers. I was also in charge of all hiring and terminations for my department. My major responsibility was growing our base and retaining the customers we had, by providing good quality service.
