Prepared an average of 55 annual federal, state and local tax returns for individuals, S corporations, C corporations, and partnerships. Educated management on strategies for minimizing tax liability. Reviewed all tax returns prepared by tax interns before approval. Thoroughly reviewed financial statements and tax audits to correct any discrepancies. Prepared quarterly and annual compiled and reviewed financial statements for 20 non-public companies, trusts, and estates. Prepared 12 personal financial statements on an annual basis for individual clients to comply with borrowing covenants. Company downsized operations following tax season 2012 and closed its Boise office following tax season 2013.
