Daily Duties at Hubble Homes:
Managed accounting operations, accounting close, account reporting and reconciliations. Received, recorded, and deposited cash and checks, and reconciled records of home closing and land purchasing transactions. Assisted the CFO with the production of the monthly financial statements for individual entities and consolidated financial statements. Provided reliable and timely project-by-project expense, financing, amortization and spend data for all departments. Produced management reports and prepared monthly and quarterly expense forecasts, including any necessary recommended action required to manage costs to achieve budget. Departed from the position to evaluate my career goals and align my long-term goals with my interests, experience, and education.
