Fully and independently in charge of a research project established by the Higher Education Program. Provided solution to the question that mismatch between current working positions and college majors of graduates. Designed questionnaire, collected and analyzed data (logistic regression model via SAS and R). Jointly responsible for a research project aims at matching resumes and the needs of job recruiters’. Developed text mining algorithms such as neural network and KNN. Collected and analyzed data (via R). Wrote the final report and made presentation.
