• Supervision of Service Technicians, Warehouse Technicians & IT Staff • Full compliance and enforcement of all JCAHO, OSHA, FDA, and DOT regulations • Delivery of oxygen, durable medical equipment, and on-call duties (as needed). • Ensured proper staff training and corporate compliance. • Scheduled and routed all patient deliveries; organized all service technician routes. • Managed the fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules, repairs, specifications for new vehicles, and leasing terms. • Developed policies and procedures. • Introduced productivity metrics for all positions in the company. • Analyzed cost effectiveness of all products, pricing, and internal processes. • Procurement coordinator; negotiated product pricing and terms with vendors, involved with 90% of the company’s purchasing function. • Developed corporate strategic goals and developed several business relationships in the supply chain.
