Daily Duties at Alliance Data:
• Managed relationship with an outsourced call center and marketing company. Trained agents on various programs and ensured consistent and efficient service for our clients. • Worked closely with client account managers on defining internal processes for on-boarding new clients and maintaining a continuous streamline support. • Managed two direct reports; a technical writer and an operations supporter. • Developed business requirements for a new client facing web portal that has reporting and transaction capabilities.
