Daily Duties at Computer Science Corporation:

Performed a variety of client support functions. Acted as liaison between user and programming staff to define problems within existing Workers Compensation Programs or initiate changes within the existing new applications. Implemented new software development for the claims processing unit. Prepared written specifications to define software functionality. Perform requirements gathering, responded to request for proposals, and conducted various workflow tests. Report Call Detailed Claims (DCI) for all states including the Annual Call for Direct California Workers Compensation (ACDCWC). Support the TPA Enhanced Interface and acted as a liaison between the TPA the Insurance Company and the National Council on Compensation Insurance. Loaded and customized all Workers Compensation claims data tables, tested claims system, created test matrix files, ran queries, perform unit testing and fine-tuning. Developed claims procedures and coordinated the resolution of installation problems and implementation problems using the AS400 Point system. Supported client in processing of claims on and off-site. Responsible for disaster recovery for the State of Florida and California Earthquake. Wrote and tested System Inquire (SI) using the Advance Tracking System. Gave customer support classes on software uses. Implemented and set up security profiles for insurance agents, insurance companies, Third Party Administers, international and national customers using the POIS/NetStar system and the AS400 Point System.
