Daily Duties at Richland County School District One:
Work closely with teacher, and administrative staff to insure all policies and procedure are carried out. Help assist in writing lesson plans for students in Special Education. Work directly with children and parents Maintain effective classroom management strategies to keep students on track in the class and in the absences of the teacher. Maintain documentation on each child’s behavioral and attend parent conference meeting. Assist in writing Individual Student Plan to help the student reach their goals. Ability to evaluate the child’s behavioral and writes up a plan according to the child’s skills
