Daily Duties at Navy:
• Oversaw the repair of 2.3K+ electrical and flight control system discrepancies, resulting in 5.3K+ mishap free flights with a 98% completion rate. • Detected shorts and openings in aircraft wiring using multi-meters and megohmmeters. • Utilized test sets to find leaks in aircraft pitot and static systems; replaced defective parts. • Determined the cause of operating errors and swiftly determined corrective actions. • Calibrated both electronic and standby compass; removed and installed aircraft instruments; troubleshot aircraft flight control systems.
