LEED PROJECT MANAGEMENT: ▪ Responsible for LEED EBOM, CS, and CI project implementation for some of the largest institutional real estate investors in New York City ▪ Managed nine active certifications independently with no oversight, totaling 5.8 million square feet of Class A commercial property ▪ Advised ownership on ways to strengthen stakeholder relations, educate and engage tenants, and optimize building performance ▪ Managed internal and external engineering teams with commissioning, retro-commissioning, and energy auditing project deliverables ▪ Developed strong continued relationships with building owners, property managers/engineers, and design & construction teams ▪ Assisted with energy benchmarking through ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager ▪ Developed LEED feasibility and gap analysis reports to identify cost impacts, implementation timelines, and efficiency recommendations CORPORATE SOCIAL REPORTING: ▪ Managed Fortune 500 clients to prepare for Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reporting by effectively collecting global portfolio data, analyzing carbon emissions within our GHG calculator, and developing and writing all reporting responses ▪ Increased Viacom Inc.’s CDP score from 21 to 60 for the 2013 reporting year ▪ Developed economic, environmental, and social reporting policies for clients looking to report their corporate sustainability goals and benchmarks within the guidelines of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS/EMP) ▪ Analyzed other corporate sustainability opportunities, and developed a roadmap to expand CodeGreen's market services MARKETING: ▪ Led the marketing team in 2013: efforts helped increase CodeGreen’s revenue by 43% year-over-year ▪ Managed the rollout of new business opportunities, planned client events, expanded CodeGreen's social media presence, distributed press releases, created marketable email blasts, and improved search engine optimization ▪ Organized a panel of electric vehicle specialists: titled "How Electric Vehicle Technology is Changing Infrastructure (and Life) in NYC”
