Analyzed malfunctions, refreshed, and resolved computer user's issues for a large computer infrastructure using I.T. tools such as REMEDY, SLIM and PROVANCE. Performed help desk analyst duties resolving computer user's problems received via phone, email, Instant Messaging or REMEDY ticket system. Executed requests for installs or recovery of Installed software to or from SLIM (software library) via PROVANCE (asset management system). Researched, analyzed and resolved hardware / software compatibility problems for core users, engineers, VIP's. Implemented computer system upgrades, and or refreshes tailored to user job and security requirements. Completed several I.T. special projects requiring extensive research in security, software and computer architecture. Executed computer moves at various security classification levels while adhering to corporate security policy. Conducted usage surveys and or recovery of shared computer and printers throughout Lockheed Skunk Works facility. Performed searches for missing, or lost IT department computers and equipment, updated Asset Inventory system and or reported findings to Physical Security department for follow up as required. Filled in as backup to other team members in their absence to support plant projects.
