Daily Duties at Events By Donna:
Execute small-scale and large-scale events, coordinating the event activities, and securing prizes for giveaways. Accountable for the entire event life cycle from start to finish which includes the concept, invitations, marketing, promotions, accommodations and dining options. Required to make quick decisions that involve the desirability and viability of event locations. Depending on the event, may also hire vendors and entertainers such as bands, lighting crews and photographers. Ensures every event detail timely meets client’s objectives, while successfully multi-tasking effortlessly under tight deadlines. Provide project management skills which include budgeting, contract negotiations, vendor selection and staff supervision. Establish and maintain cordial working relationships with business community.
