Matt’s specialization areas include managing and advising client management teams in professional standard of care issues related to complex design-build processes including construction QA/QC programs, value engineering studies, cost estimating, constructability reviews, change order review and negotiations, staff training, project controls including CPM schedule preparation and updates, and dispute resolution and claim mitigation services on major infrastructure projects across the broader Puget Sound area.
