• Led the redesign and implementation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Best Practices Program, a national program directed at transferring knowledge to HUD constituents and grant recipients about successful models of housing and community development programs to follow for replication. Assisted the District of Columbia Office of the CFO with implementing GASB Statement 34 and developing a process to ensure compliance with capital assets reporting.
