Reported exceptions and facilitated discussions with management to remediate deficiencies found during testing. • Performed assessment of AARP’s readiness to implement an activity based costing model. Interviewed financial managers and program managers to assess financial reporting needs and determine gaps in current capabilities to apply an activity based costing solution.
