Daily Duties at Deloitte & Touche, Llp:
• Led team in implementing OMB Circular A-123, Appendix A and developed project tools on risk assessment, training, documentation, and testing at NSF and the U.S. Mint. • Assisted client A-123 Program Manager in directing and facilitating key meetings with the Senior Assessment Team to deliberate and make recommendations on key decisions in each phase of the implementation of the A-123 Program. • Led the development of an A-123 Desktop Procedural Manual designed for staff to gain hands on knowledge of how to implement all key aspect of A-123. • Developed an organization-wide Management Control Program for the U.S. Coast Guard and assisted agency with creating a financial strategic plan to address recommendations from prior year audit reports. Served as Project Manager at JIEDDO to assist in the scoping and planning of the agency’s Management Internal Control (MIC) Program and implementation of A-123. Performed risk assessment to develop a preliminary assessment of inherent risks to create a roadmap for assessing compliance with A-123.
