Daily Duties at Kpmg, Llp:
Led Internal audit project to assess: internal controls in place to monitor the KPMG Tax Practice Offshore third party service provider; financial growth strategies across service lines, Advisory, Audit, and Tax; and improving employee retention programs. • Led team at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to document the end-to-end processes to develop standard operating procedures and identify best practices for the ‘To-Be’ Procure to Pay processes. • Led the development and coordination of the DIA Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for Procure-to-Pay in response to Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) requirements using MS Project. This involved working with responsible persons and team leads to report quarterly CAP updates to ODNI on the achievement of key milestones and the percentage of completion status for key underlying tasks.
