Daily Duties at Us Army:
Served as the Deputy Economic Officer for the 10th Mountain Division in Iraq. Chief duties were monitoring the US nominated reconstruction projects in the nine Southern Iraqi Provinces. Maintained relationships with: “Team Borlaug”, an Agro-business team from Texas A&M; “Team Entrepreneur” a Small-to-Medium Business research team from the Univ. of Missouri, Kansas City; and the Iraqi Ministries of Economic Development and Agriculture. Worked with the US Department of State in order to track their planned long-term goals and their projects, and ensured that the US Army was aware of these projects to prevent duplication of efforts.
