Tax Accountant Held accountable for sales/use tax return and personal property tax rendition preparation and administered sales/use and property tax liabilities. Utilized strong communication skills to liaise between company and attorney for real property appeals, coordinating meetings as required. Reviewed sub-tenant contracts and billed tenants for obligations related to property tax and CAM. Reconciled monthly sales tax and property tax accounts, as well as various escrow, mortgage, interest, sales and property tax accounts. Minimized tax liabilities by supplying state auditors with required documentation. Managed project assessment portfolios.
