Daily Duties at Columbia Laboratories:
Selected to manage, hire, and develop 6 sales representatives in Pacific North West Region. Assigned sales goals and managed sales team. Implemented regional marketing plans. Oversaw territory sales results and minimized expenses through resource allocations. Responsible for the managing, hiring and developing of 6 representatives in the Pacific North West Region. Responsible for achieving assigned regional goals of volume and profitability, for managing Sales Consultants and for implementing all dimensions of the regional marketing plan. Responsible for overseeing sales and minimize expense in an assigned area. Additional responsibilities: • Planning- short/long term goals and resource allocation utilizing account analysis • Develop goals to the business and identify resources needed. • Provide account strategies and integrate into district plans. • Manage the budget expenses and other District Plans • Recruited, hired and retained highly competent Sales Consultants • Provided strategic and critical information to sales consultants in order to facilitate sales for their territories. • Coached, mentored and supported the development of the sales consultant. Also, responsible for promoting Columbia Laboratories products to customers within territory using established protocol data and approved promotional materials to meet or exceed established sales goals and objectives. Work in conjunction with the sales representatives in developing strategies to increase sales of Columbia Laboratories. Create a business plan for the District aimed at improving the impact of Key Opinion Leaders and speaking programs at the national and local levels. Organize and direct conference calls at the district levels. Train new team members on key products and markets. Establish strong relationships with directors and key clinicians and targeted physicians. Continue to demonstrate advance knowledge on all Columbia Labs products, competitive products and promotional strategies. Assist the District manager on the interviewing process form new candidates. Serve as team leader for all speaking engagements, and group-selling activities. Products promoted; Testosterone Replacement therapy (Striant) for Hypogonadism and Progesterone Replacement Therapy (Prochieve 8% and 4%) for Infertility and support of pregnancy.
