Daily Duties at Blue Light:

Senior Intelligence Mentor supporting customers at various locations CONUS / OCONUS, with the potential for tours to OEF of 60-90 days or longer and/or through a unit deployment duration. Successful candidates will have experience in the use of Distributed Common Ground System-Army Multifunction Workstation (MFWS) Tools, Axis Pro, or MapHT. Preferred candidates will have experience in the use of analytical systems and applications such Distributed Common Ground System-Army Multifunction Workstation (MFWS) Tools, Axis Pro, or MapHT or similar systems. The candidates shall be experienced in military intelligence with tactical and/or strategic intelligence analysis experience and understand the military intelligence processes, procedures, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) and workflows by processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of intelligence product supporting the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) at the tactical level. The candidates shall teach, coach, and advise analysts in the use of DCGS-A and the replication and management of the DCGS-A database. Candidates must be experienced in, the formulation and execution of organizational training programs and Program of Instruction (POI); as well as assisting their supported organization in the development of training strategies and plans for the operational employment of DCGS-A capabilities. Candidates shall demonstrate an ability to assess individual and unit level training requirements, identify and evaluate training alternatives, develop training materials, understand a variety of training approaches including traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, and computer aided training. Candidates must be able to instruct personnel using prepared course materials. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree or Training Certification from an accredited institution. May substitute 10+ years of experience within the Intelligence Community performing exceptionally as an Intelligence Analyst and informal trainer. • A firm grasp of at least one Intelligence discipline (SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT, etc) is required, as is a clear understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and an analyst's role within it. • Current or the ability to acquire a TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance required • Valid US Passport • Willingness to deploy to meet customer requirements • Must meet Central Command deployment criteria • Ability to work in austere environments General Responsibilities: • Plan and execute a training program for DCGS-A operators, military intelligence analysts, and leaders • Work side-by-side with analysts; helping, enabling, and empowering them to populate DCGS-A Tactical Entity Database (TED), create intelligence products to support the Find, Fix, Exploit, Analyze, and Dissemination (F3EAD) process • Assist their supported organization in the development of training strategies and plans for the operational employment of the DCGS-A Capabilities Desired Skill Requirements: • Experience with the tools and applications within the DCGS-A MFWS, Axis Pro, or MapHT • Experience in the military decision making process and execution of the intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) process • Experience in Army or Marine Corps S/G2 intelligence operations • Experience in developing intelligence products to support the F3EAD process • Experience with the Tactical Entity Database (TED) • Experience with Geospatial applications
