Daily Duties at Paris Las Vegas:
• Part of the pre-opening team to interview staff, develop training, standards and P&P’s • Directly managed staff of twenty four concierge, indirectly helped manage all other areas throughout the property to assure overall quality and customer satisfaction • Managed Le Rendezvous Concierge lounge, converted the lounge from a service only outlet to a $1 million dollar a year revenue generating outlet • Created and managed budgets to maximize revenues and labor savings, consistently came under budget for 15 years • Developed and actively mentored team members, many into leadership roles • Marketed concierge department as an "added value" tool for sales and catering departments
