Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Bank:

Effectuate the sales of checking, savings accounts as well as other consumer bank products i.e., IRA, CD’s, and credit products i.e., credit cards and personal lines of credit. Cross selling Banking products and managing customer portfolios. Accountable for achieving deposit acquisition goals, balance growth/retention goals and revenue goals. Responsible for making outbound phone sales calls to prospective customers to increasing customer base, as well as and identifying investment possibilities for customers and making proper referrals. Work with Wealth Management and Investments responsible for researching candidates for investment products and identifying potential investors for referral to the investment team. Performs wide range of services including document preparation, account servicing/maintenance (account reconciliation, address change, stop payments, account closings, transfers, processing check orders), and customer problem resolution. Follow-up on Teller referrals to promote customer base. Use Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software
