Daily Duties at First Source Electronics Llc:
- Estimating labor and tooling costs when quoting new company contracts. - Lead technical resource for all client drawings, diagrams, work instructions and test procedures. - Report directly to Director of Operations and work with company owners. - Collaborates with Quality and Productions Managers to solve daily and long term issues. - Continuously improve internal processes, documentation, and training procedures for manufacturing personnel to optimize efficiency and quality. - Run time studies on individual personnel and tasks to validate processes and identify areas for improvement. - Writing and updating work instructions and documentation for new and revised contracts. - Interact with client's Engineering and Quality staff to work through first article builds, clarify documentation and design for manufacturing. - Perform return on investment and cost analysis calculations to justify capital investment expenditures. - Oversee maintenance of capital equipment, facility, and tooling.
