Daily Duties at Juice Tank Innovation Lab:
Administer day-to-day interviews and managing internal and external job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards. Screened over 1000 resumes with another partner. Proficiency in E-Recruiting and Social Media Brand Building through LinkedIn, Facebook, Google +, Meetup, etc. Successfully recruited 10+ applicants. Positions include IT Professionals, Administrative, Finance and Marketing. Conducted new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Experience with PeopleSoft, QuickBooks Payroll and Taleo by involving in internal business project.
