Oversaw the allocation and setup of all office space and equipment for 100 temporary IT specialists through the course of a 4-year, $20M implementation of the Optiva product lifecycle management software system. Key support person for the business side of this project and its 50 full-time employees, accountable for budget reconciliation, client invoicing and contract administration. • Received executive recognition and a corporate award for effective project support during the Optiva implementation • Took on system administrator role for Optiva SOP’s enabling company to avoid hiring a fulltime employee and saving $55K in additional costs
