Ensured the security of the Optiva Management System by maintaining and accurately assigning 75 system access roles across 1,500 employees. Subject matter expert on the GPDMS (Global Procedural Data Management System) maintaining 200 documents in system, trained 60 system admin, and performed all system testing and audits. Oversaw record retention for all R&D department documents.
