Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance Company :
Investigate and process insurance claims filed by policy holders. Interview and collaborate with claimants and witnesses while gathering critical detailed information. Retrieve police and hospital reports to determine cause and extent of vehicle damage and handle liability claims involving personal injuries or third person property damage from liability vehicle accidents. Assess damage and settle unrepresented bodily injury claims. Evaluate auto accident claims and negotiate equitable settlements. Maintain industry compliance concerning operational standards and regulations. Received accolades for settling injury claims on more than 50 customers during first initial contact. Create and maintain reports and update Allstate’s NextGen claims system.
