Daily Duties at Audire, Audiological Group:
- Administration and restructuring the economical and financial situation. - Contact and negotiate with providers. - Negotiate with Public Institutions (Social Security and Tax Agency). - Analyze the strategic plan of the Company. - Improve and develop the new strategic plan. - Present and communicate the new strategic plan to the sales force. - Coordinate and manage the different lines of business in both, domestic and international markets. - Responsible to stablish and achieve the strategic objectives. - Manage and control the economic and financial departments. - Identify opportunities to get the processes ana company more efficient and profitable. - Visit international exhibitions to contact with potential clients and negotiate with suppliers: AudiologyNow 2011, Chicago and AudiologyNow 2012, Boston.
