• Evaluated the efficiencies of purchasing departments across the United States. Consulted with departments on methods to become more profitable. Provided training to new buyers and purchasing managers on the K-3 replenishment system. • Managed the purchasing staff, and controlled more than $10 Million in inventory. Successfully established and implemented policies, training, and support for the purchasing department which generated the best numbers in the division’s history. Planned budgets, negotiated contracts, and oversaw pricing and purchasing efficiencies, generating $20 Million in incremental income.
