Daily Duties at Able Care Home Health Care:
Scheduling staff and their assignments which consisted of nursing ,cna, physical therapist, MSW and occupational therapist and trying to keep their assignments within their other assignment area ,assisting staff with any questions they had regarding patient they were seeing and calling MD if needed. I ensured compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as Corporate guidelines in day-to-day activities. I adapted to changes in policies, procedures, new technigues and additional responsibilities.
