Daily Duties at Cymer Llc:
Provides direction to all corporate support functions including but not limited to: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of administrative services programs. Serves as primary contact between vendors and organization. Negotiates and reviews vendor contracts. Monitors department wide expense tracking. Prepares and manages administrative services annual budget. Responsible to continually pursue and identify cost saving opportunities. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Management of mail service operations (internal, express and US Mail) Management of full service copy-print center, centralized office supply program, confidential document destruction & recycling programs, Management of dining, catering and vending service programs, Management of telecommunications including switchboard operation, Management of corporate travel program, Management of employee store, including day to day operation, inventory and budget management. Manages (7) contract service providers, supervision of 14 contract employees working onsite in various areas throughout the campus.
