Daily Duties at Mc Kesson Provider Technologies:

• Upgrade Cardiology software versions and converting existing servers to VM at hospitals and Cardiology Offices • Synchronizing the Test Environment with the current Production environment including: o Templates and Reports o Production database is copied from Production to the new environment o Interfaces for ADT, Orders and Results Please note that based on the platform of the current interfaces , to upgrade some facilities all interfaces both inbound and outbound needed to be rebuilt according to existing functionality and modified for the new test environment o Resources o Dicom Gateway configuration for image acquisition - Gateway instances are created for modality testing, to match existing PROD configurations. o Robo copy process to copy all existing images from previous depositories to new depositories o • Work with hospitals during the customer validation and testing phase of the upgrade: o Echo modalities are sending measurements and values are mapped correctly to the specified report template o Ensure that all customization has been preserved including template modifications, GUI modifications and helper statements for all report types o Validate Image Acquisition from all facilities o Validation of all interfaces(ADT, Orders and Result) via interfaces testing with the resources identified by the facilities • Production cutover and go-live weekend: o Move existing production DB to new environment o Re-configure existing modalities to new environment o Validate full functionality of new environment o Go-Live o Monitor system activity. o Manage issues list if any with the customer. o Provide appropriate documentation for Hand-off to support Please note that on-site support was required for the conversion weekend and Monday through Wednesday of the following week • Participate in weekly meetings with assigned sites representing McKesson Provider Technologies • Provide documentation as to the customizations, modifications and changes performed to the McKesson Cardiology • Provide a Mitigation list as to the issues and/or errors incurred throughout the upgrade process • Enter all issues and/or errors in CRM incurred during the upgrade process • Escalate issues and/or errors to our Tier 3 support team. This process included documentation and troubleshooting that had been performed • Worked with the customer and project managers (McKesson and facilities) from the Project kick-off until the upgrade is completed and handed off to support • Apply the latest packages and Hot Fixes as released
