Daily Duties at Able Care Home Health:
I utilized a collaborative process of assessments, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options and services to meet patients needs. Engage with patients to provide wound care, blood draws, administering medications,ivabx to patients who were not able to and taking their blood sugar and educating patients on any problems that needed further orders due to patient having complications. Over seeing the other disciplines that were providing services to patient. and acted as a resource for non-clinical staff. I ensured compliance with all state and federal regulations were followed along with HIPPA guidelines and privacy policy.
