Maintained accurate records in my charting as to what was done with patient and what patient needed for a safe dc home or to a facility. Ensured compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as Corporate guidelines in day-to-day activities. Interacts continuously with patient, physicians, and other providers utilizing clinical knowledge and expertise to determine medical history and current status.
