In this position I had responsibility for functions that interact with customers on a daily basis. My two hundred person organization included the Customer Care Center (rental call center), Technical Support (rental and capital), Technical Product Managers (rental and capital), Fleet Operations (Field), Technical Documentation Services, Field Administrative Support Group and Property Administration (Field Rental Service Center Leases).
