Daily Duties at Sysmex America, Inc:
In this position my primary focus was defining, creating and launching the service offerings of Sysmex America, Inc. after the distribution relationship with Roche Diagnostics ended in July of 2003. I was directly responsible for marketing efforts and pricing methodologies in connection with our entire service offering program from service contracts, fee for service and parts pricing. I was also responsible for the strategic direction of the TechServices organization to support the long term vision and growth of the organization.
