Daily Duties at First Union:
Negotiated vendor contracts for new software, hardware, and services. Managed merger and acquisitions activities that impacted ATM systems network. Provided career planning, personal growth curriculum, and mentoring for a staff of 50 employees over 3 shifts. Performed feasibility study for implementation of a NetExpert ATM (Automated Teller Machine) monitoring system. Supported capital and operational budgeting and monthly variance analysis and forecasting.
