Daily Duties at Tiaa Cref:
Managed a team of 4 individual’s contributors that are Information Security Analyst that focus on Identify and Entitlements Management within the organization. Ensure entitlement reviews are distributed to managers and applications owners for them to review the access of their employees and the systems that they own to ensure the right level of access is granted to the individuals. Create a RBAC solution to create a more efficient review of entitlements for which associates possess to ensure that the correct level of access is granted to the employees. Ensure that regulatory related applications (SOX/SSAE-16/FDICIA) are part of the entitlement review process to comply with banking regulations. Provide internal and external audit artifacts relating to access to support their review of internal Lines of Business as well as the review of internal controls related to regulatory items(SOX/SSAE-16/FDICIA). Implement and report on an assessment program to review the efficacy of the procedures implemented by security administrators in managing access within an application. Create a development plan for employee to provide a career path within a management of technical growth path. Confer with executives on the use of entitlement reviews as a control to better understand the access being granted within the organization and how this access should be control and monitored based on the sensitivity of the data for which the associates have access
