Daily Duties at The Astrup Company:
The primary responsibilities included processing and reconciling documents such as invoices, departmental billings, cash receipts and vendor statements. Data Entry. Disbursing funds and making deposits. Maintain records. General administrative duties including office and equipment inventory. Accounts payables and receivables and analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices. Collection calls, bank reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation, process company checks, handle incoming account related inquires, process debits/credits, and other duties as assigned. Office management and administering new office procedures. Keeping the office orderly and efficient to help increase productivity of all employees. Answering phones in a professional and efficient manner. Ordering office supplies for individuals along with keeping stock of general items available. General contact for building facilities when assistance was needed in the office. Supervised office administrative staff, receptionist and clerical support.
