Daily Duties at Trivantage Llc:

Oversaw and managed branch building operations. Responsible for administration of activities and office service operations, employee communication, central files, supplies, personnel, and accounting functions in an office of 20 or more employees. Managed all aspects of facilities purchasing including establishing vendor contracts for services such as office equipment, supplies, etc. Assisted in decision process for hiring, employee orientation, benefits, employee policies and procedures, and related activities. Assisted in payroll, vision accounting and billing related activities. Assisted in annual planning and budgeting. Supervised office administrative staff, receptionist, clerical support, customer service associates, sales account representatives, warehouse and supervisors.
