Daily Duties at Berkeley College:
• Supervised day-to-day operations including budgets, student and staff retention, quarterly enrollment, business continuity, space management, community outreach and expansion. • Responsible for team building, staff development, mentoring, promoting an institution of higher learning, community connections, enrollment management, providing outstanding customer service to students and a positive and uplifting environment. Worked directly with each department including financial aid, admissions, career services, advisement, buildings and grounds, library, counseling, student development and campus life to improve productivity. Collaborated with all functional departments Vice Presidents and Senior Administrators to ensure college policies, procedures and goals met. Campus population including staff, faculty and students was approximately 700-900 quarterly. • Engaged in extensive community outreach. Board Member Middlesex Regional Chamber of Commerce and Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce. Supported Middlesex, Monmouth and Union County Chambers. Member of the Woodbridge Mayor's Advocacy Commission on Education, WEDCO and Woodbridge Township.
