• Managed Lightwave (Optical) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to provide customer support 24 x 7 on the Application, Operation, and Maintenance of Alcatel Equipment. • Supervised twenty-two Technical Support Engineers after promotion in Mar 1998 from Technical Support Engineer position. • Provided status reports on issues critical to Operations and Customer Satisfaction. • Implemented a Call Review Process using Oracle Tools to improve Support Engineers' effectiveness. • Implemented the first Telecommuting work program for TAC in Alcatel USA.
