• Managed projects in the areas of Transportation, Municipalities, Public Safety, Utilities, Smart Grid, Channel Partner sales, and other Stimulus funded projects. • Directed program/project schedules and budgets post-sales to final delivery serving as principal interface between the customer, program/project team and any internal/external partners participating in the project. • Forecasted & communicated weekly revenue variances • Responsible for the coordination of Program Review meeting, developing agendas, scheduling personnel to participate, communicating project time lines and constraints. • Designed & evolved Program website to provide consolidated and consistent access of PMO tools and policies. Site was widely utilized by numerous corporate teams. • Chaired bi-weekly business forecast meeting with Sales and Marketing to assist in projecting up-coming Program Management staffing requirements. • Mentored / developed young Program Managers into successful and independent leaders. • Utilized SAP software (based on an Oracle database) to manage resources, information, and order activities.
